The base price listed is based on the PLAIN mats without any embroidery. The cost of the mats will be more if you add embroidery. Wherever possible, Lloyd’s Floor Mats have a fastening system that is compatible with any mat fasteners provided by the vehicle manufacturer.
With Lloyd’s Floor Mats 32 ounces of DuPont® nylon yarn is right next to each other. You can barely dig your fingers down through the yarn to the bottom of the mat. This is called heavy yarn density. It’s this heavy density of premium nylon yarn that accounts for Lloyd’s exceptionally long wearing mats.
Embroidery is available on all mats. You can choose to have one logo on each mat or two. You can choose from a wide range of logos that are pictured under the "More Images" tab. If you have any questions about the mats please do not hesitate to ask before placing an order. All custom embroidered mats take approximately 3-4 business days to manufacture before they are shipped. All logos are shown as pictured and the colors of the logos can not be changed.
Attention 03-06 Lincoln LS/LSE owners: If you plan to purchase the trunk mat for your car please indicate if you have the navigation system in your car. The trunk mat is different for those vehicles with the navigation system.
Returns
Mistakes occasionally do happen, we are all human. In the case that an item needs to be returned, you can contact us by e-mail or Fax for a return authorization number. Items shipped back to us without an RMA will be returned to the customer.

Parts can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed or used, special order, or Electrical parts. All parts returned must be in like new condition in their original box / packaging in resalable condition. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returns. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Prices may change without notice. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered parts, if you are unsure contact us immediately we will do whatever is necessary to assist you.
