S&B filters are 100% cotton gauze (no synthetic media), so they are easy to clean and perform well even after multiple cleanings. S&B's competitors often use a synthetic material along with cotton in an attempt to stop the dirt. The problem is that the dirt often becomes embedded in the synthetic material making it very difficult to clean which can result in poor airflow. On the other hand, a properly cleaned, 8-layer S&B Filter can actually perform better after the first cleaning both in airflow and efficiency.

S&B spent over 1/2 a million dollars on its Climate Controlled ISO 5011 Test Lab to insure that it produces filters that maximize airflow while still protecting your engine from contaminants (dirt). S&B hopes you purchase our filters, but if you don’t, be sure your engine is protected by asking for the ISO 5011 test results specific the filter you are purchasing.

Mistakes occasionally do happen, we are all human. In the case that an item needs to be returned, you can contact us by e-mail or Fax for a return authorization number. Items shipped back to us without an RMA will be returned to the customer.

Parts can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed or used, special order, or Electrical parts. All parts returned must be in like new condition in their original box / packaging in resalable condition. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returns. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Prices may change without notice.
