TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
You must notify our Company within 48 hours from date of receipt of the ordered item(s) if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. No exceptions. The replacement will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by us.
WARRANTIES:
A one-year limited warranty provided by the manufacturers applies to all items sold, unless otherwise stated. The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. It covers the replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period. If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part only will be issued to the original purchaser. Warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. Our liability under no circumstances will exceed the amount of the original sale. The customer is required to send back the defective item(s) (before a replacement is sent) at their own expense. The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications. The warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear and consequential or subsequent damages.
All items are sold on an “AS IS” basis. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use of the ordered item(s) are hereby disclaimed. Our Company makes no warranties for service or labor. Our Company makes no expressed warranties except those stated n the applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of the invoice or packing slip. Our Company will be obligated to honor such warranties only upon our Company’s receipt of payment in full for the item(s) to be warranted.
REFUND/RETURN POLICIES:
Mistakes occasionally do happen, we are all human. In the case that an item needs to be returned, you can contact us by telephone or e-mail for a return authorization number. Items shipped back to us without an RMA will be returned to the customer.
Please include the following information:
Name, Address, Order #, and Reason for return.

Parts can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed or used, special order, or Electrical parts. All parts returned must be in like new condition in their original box / packaging in resalable condition. Shipping/Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returns. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Prices may change without notice. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered parts, if you are unsure contact us immediately we will do whatever is necessary to assist you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Our Company does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for item(s) not being available for use, lost profits, lost of business except as expressly provided herein. Our Company will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.
APPLICABLE LAW:
NOT FOR RESALE OR EXPORT: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You agree and represent that you are buying only for your own personal use and not for resale or export.
